B. Ministries terms and conditions:

    1. UNANIMES will donate monthly resources to ministries who are duly registered with the government and whose accounting books are kept up to date and who demonstrate accountability in their financial affairs.
    2. UNANIMES will give to pro-ecclesiastical groups that minister to drug addicts, alcoholics, homosexuals, prostitutes, children and elderly who are at risk and to victims of domestic violence.
    3. UNANIMES will provide professional guidance both in the area of operations and administration/finances.
    4. Preference will be given to those ministries whose operations reflect UNANIMES' rehabilitation flowchart (appendix 3).
    5. All ministries that receive financial help will be audited in order to insure the correct use of ministries funds received.
    6. Ministries that receive economic support for UNANIMES will be required to submit an annual budget for approval. No ministry will be allowed to spend more than that which has been approved for administrative charges and/or professional honorariums for non-operational personnel.

D. Terms and conditions SMBs:

    1. UNANIMES will provide up to 100% funding for new businesses.
    2. It will only invest in up to 51% of the shares of any new business.
    3. If the new owner of the business lacks the sources to invest the other 49%, UNANIMES will loan the remaining 49% to the business and will discount the amount from the annual dividends. The new owner will receive the shares (49%) when the debt to UNANIMES is cancelled.
    4. UNANIMES reserves the right, at their discretion, to buy the 49% of the business that belong to the partnersat any time, at books value which will be determine by auditory procedures of KPMG (Peat Marwick)
    5. The SMBs will give monthly contributions, in the form of a donations, to UNANIMES: 10% of their gross income with a minimum amount of $200.
    6. During the first 5 years, each SMB will distribute, in annual dividends, 50% of their net after taxes profits (NAT). The other 50% will be reinvested in the business.
    7. UNANIMES will have legal representation on the Board of Directors of each business.
